Well, hopefully you've seen my first journal and know a lil about me. Anyway...
I know all my art so far looks like shit.
And... Well... it is shit but hell...
Music is my art and thats pretty much the only thing im good at so my sketches and stuff (which is all done by hand, freehand quick sketches) needs practice and its not gettin much. I plan to sometime in the near future aquire a Photoshop device (aquire, didnt say BUY ) but until then, my shitty sketches will be all you see MWUHAHAHAHA
thanks and no prob, i saw your stuff, god damn how do you get that good (all i have is some paper penicls and a decent scanner, no digi art software at all :( unless you call paint digi art software )
Well, I've been drawing a minimum of 4 hours every day for the past year, and at least weekly before that. I'd say my experience comes from dedication. And don't worry about the digital part of art. I started with traditional art too. Tablets and digital colouring are rather new to me.
Nah, I'm not a good tutor. Just draw a LOT, EVERY day, and it'll do wonders by itself. As for suggestions... try drawing characters with more anatomy details. It's a lot of trial and error for a while, but sort of necessary if you plan on drawing people. Avoid straight lines in every place. Human body isn't a stick figure. ^___^ And eraser is your best friend when doing practice works.
